CHVRCHES was one of the best shows I've ever been to. @laurenevemayberry is such an incredible performer and they all rocked it!! We even met some cool people there! Atlanta loves Chvrches Forever!! My granddad would be proud. I'm the Queen of Coca-Cola and this is my throne. It's hard to put into words to encompass exactly what my grandmother meant to me. First of all, I can't believe it's been 19 years since she passed away (and the day was just as hot). She always encouraged me to follow my dreams and keep writing. Don't let boys make me miserable. Don't get caught up in drama. And keep being you. She told me I was a gifted girl and that I can do anything I set my mind to. She told me even when times get tough, hang in there. She said I am tough. She may not know, but she taught me a lot of these things. I still read her letters when I'm really needing guidance. Not a day goes by that I don't miss her. That I want to tell her I'm engaged to my best friend, and one of the best people I know. That I'm getting my master's degree. That I've published 9 novels. I hope somehow she knows this and that she can hear me. I hope she and my granddad are hanging out with Booger, and now Eli. She never got to meet Eli, but maybe she has now. Baby Ella teaching her sister Zoey to play in the pool! It's Ella!!! I'm no artist, but I love to doodle. This is a @jimmyeatworld song that got me thru one of the lowest and difficult points in my life. I was having suicidal thoughts and wanted out of my situation. Jimmy released this song in October 2016 and it made me cry. It helped me see that I was free. "To be who you want, what you need." The song woke me up from my darkness and gave me the ability to see and think clearly again. So thank you to Jimmy Eat World. Had to repost because it was deleted. This is my baby Ella.
